- standard 10 working day delivery is free 

If your require your order faster than this, there is a 3 day delivery option available (£10 extra if you are spending £20) in the checkout. Parcel will need to be signed for on delivery.

Made to measure items (see list below) are normally delivered in 6-8 weeks, but again a faster 3 week delivery is available. Please click on Made to measure express in the product you are ordering, there is a charge for rushing these garments through the system (see below).

UK VAT is included in our website prices, but will be shown separately in the shopping cart and removed automatically if you live outside the EU. Only customers delivered to in the EU, pay this VAT.

Overseas Delivery

- standard delivery of stock items takes between 1 and 3 weeks

Delivery charge is calculated based on how much you are spending (the weight and  where you are in the World have been factored into this). Postage or courier charge increases with the weight and spend

Always order early for date dependent orders.

Spend 20 pounds (USD$33), delivery is 6 pounds (USD$9)

Spend 100 pounds (USD$162), delivery is 17 pounds (USD$27)

Spend 800 pounds (USD$1300), delivery is 31 pounds (USD$49)

Express delivery will speed up delivery, but only courier delivery is time gauranteed. Price will depend on where you are. Parcels can be delivered to USA & Canada in 4 days. Contact us for details.

Made To Order Express Delivery 

Our Made To Order Express Service can be used to make garments more quickly and deliver them to the UK, Europe and most countries around the World (subject to customs clearance on occasion) within 3 weeks. Overseas customers must also select express delivery in the shopping basket.

Returns

We will accept returns up to 7 days (UK) and 21 days (other countries) after they have been received. Please email us through  the contact us section to arrange returns. We will only accept back goods which have no sign of wear and tear and which arrive at our offices in as new condition. Once the package is received we will refund the value of the goods.

We will make every attempt to ensure that Made To Order garments fit first time, even calling you to discuss your measurements if neccessary. However, most garments can be altered if you provide the wrong size, there will be a charge for alterations.
