How To Measure
Mens Kilt Outfits
- Overall height without shoes.
Jacket Measurements:
- Measure high under the armpits at the widest point around the upper body.
- Measure sleeve length. This is best done with a jacket on and the measurement is from the crown to cuff (where the sleeve meets the shoulder to the bottom of the cuff) Ensure this is not too long as some shirt cuff should be exposed. We can reasonably predict your sleeve length from your height though.
- Sleeve guide 23.5"- SHORT FITTING, 24.75" - REGULAR FITTING, 26.5" - LONG FITTING
The Kilt Measurements:
- A Kilt waist is much higher than a trouser waist. The size should be a snug measurement at the widest point of hip/tummy at navel level.
- The Kilt length is measured by kneeling down with the body upright (back straight) and measuring from the 'Kilt waist' (as above) to the floor and taking off 0.5 inch.
As a guide your Kilt length will normally correspond to your height as shown below.

What Our Customers Say...
I'd like to take a moment to share with you our gratitude for the fabulous service we received from yourselves when we hired kilts for my boys to wear at our wedding. Nothing was too much trouble for you even with our limited available time to get the boys to you for fittings on the run up to the wedding! We had so many comments from our guests at how amazing they looked and how fabulous the outfits were.
