The classic tartan mini kilt, dressy, sexy and elegant, whether worn with leggings or just high heeled boots! These Welsh Tartan Mini kilts are the end of a range and available at half the normal made to measure price. The Kilts fasten on both hips with around 2" of adjustment and are 19" long unless stated. Please state the size and tartan you wish to purchase in the additional information box. We can make a mini skirt in any of our tartans specially for you, please see related items.
