Updates regarding COVID-19

Following the UK governments recent announcement, our Swansea retail store will now be closed to the public until further notice. However, we are still trading online and continue to despatch orders across the globe, including the US. We aim to despatch orders once a week, delivery of stock items to the UK may take up to 7 working days or 3-4 weeks for the rest of the world. Our phone lines remain operational between 10am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 11am - 4.30pm on Sundays. We continue to answer emails in our normal timely fashion as certain staff members will be working from home.

If you require any remote assistance whilst browsing, we are more than happy to arrange a video call with you to chat with one of our friendly and experienced staff members. For example, if you're looking to purchase a kilt and would normally visit us in store we can arrange a video call appointment instead to discuss your options.

We are closely monitoring the current situation regarding COVID-19 and continue to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our staff and customers during this difficult time.

For those who have hire outfits reserved for an upcoming wedding, should you need to postpone... Don't worry. Your order and your money are both safe. Just get in touch to let us know your new date and we'll take care of the rest. Additionally, customers who have deposits with us for forward order purchases of any kind, these are also safe and the same rule applies.

Please note that various suppliers are now temporarily closed. Any orders placed for the following garments will be subject to longer lead times depending on how the pandemic unfolds in the coming weeks or months:

- All made to order garments such as mens kilts, ladies kilts & skirts, fly plaids, jackets and waistcoats (excluding stock waistcoats)
- Certain smaller products such as hand fasting ribbons, teddy bears, ladies sashes, wall plaques / photo frames and cushions

If you order an item which will be delayed further than the lead times mentioned above, we will contact you to discuss this.

We will be reassessing the situation on a daily basis whilst the UK government continue to inform us of any changes to the current rules & restrictions. As ever, if you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch by email or phone and we'll be happy to help.
